_JjThe defendant, Rory Dimes (“Dimes” or “the defendant”), was charged on 19 November 2012 by bill of information with one count of a felon in possession of a firearm, one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin, and one count of possession of oxycodone, to which he entered pleas of not guilty at his arraignment.
