The plaintiff/appellant, John Billiot, appeals the summary judgment granted in favor of defendant/ appellee, Dale Angelle. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Mr. Billiot alleged in his petition for damages that he entered into a lease with Mr. Angelle of barn stalls for the purpose of housing a horse.
