|¶The plaintiffs filed suit against the defendant, seeking enforcement of options to purchase within the leases of their respective duplex properties. The plaintiffs further sought damages for alleged misrepresentations by the defendant. The defendant refuted the plaintiffs’ assertions, and, by reconventional demand, sought the plaintiffs’ eviction from the properties.
