Charles Scott and 140 other plaintiffs jointly sued their employer, Illinois Bell Telephone Company, alleging that it shortchanged them on overtime pay in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Doc. 8 at ¶ 4; Doc. 19 at 3-4.
