I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court is Defendant Raytheon Company’s motion to dismiss Plaintiff Cray Inc.’s amended complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. (Mot. (Dkt. # 37); see also Am. Compl; (Dkt. #29).
