Plaintiff, Wilbert Bennett (“Bennett”), has brought this action against Defendant Moran Towing Corporation (“Moran Towing”) asserting claims for personal injury under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. § 1349 and general maritime law (Dkt. 1).
