On December 31, 2015, plaintiff Ames Ray filed suit in this Court against defendants Donald Watnick and Julie Stark, who are attorneys representing Mr. Ray’s ex-wife, Christina Ray, in an underlying state court matter. See Complaint *25(“Compl.”), Dkt. 1, ¶ l.
