Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) and Michele D. Parker (“Parker”) (collectively “Defendants”) seek the dismissal of Karen Ruzek Bolton’s (“Plaintiff’) complaint under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and 12(b)(3) or, in the alternative, a change of venue under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1404, 1406.
