Plaintiffs filed this Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) lawsuit as a collective action for unpaid overtime wages against Defendants General Electric Company, GE Oil & Gas, Inc., GE Oil & Gas Logging Services, Inc., and GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control, LP (jointly GE) on February 15, 2016. D.E. 1.
