This matter is before the Court upon Defendants Reickitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Indivior, PLC, and Indivior, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint [DE 13] pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) because the contract at issue contains a forum selection clause permitting Plaintiff AntiOp, Inc.
