Lashon Antwon Western ("Defendant") appeals from a judgment accepting her written plea agreement for larceny by employee. Defendant contends the indictment was invalid where it failed to allege specifically whether the employer's property stolen was delivered to the employee for safe keeping or whether a customer delivered property to the employee.
