DECISION
On April 6,2016, the Court revoked the Defendant’s suspended sentence for violation of the conditions of probation, and sentenced him to a commitment to the custody of the Montana Department of Corrections for a period of ten (10) years, with five (5) years suspended, for the offenses of Charge I: Custodial Interference, a Felony, in violation of §45-5-304(1), MCA, and Charge II:
