ORDER

Ricardo Glover, a Wisconsin inmate housed at Oshkosh Correctional Institution, filed a suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming that Jonathan Dickey, a facility psychologist, denied him equal protection by refusing him a spot in a treatment program for sex offenders. Glover, describing himself as a “class of one,” alleges that Dickey’s decision lacked a rational basis.
