DISSENTING:

¶23. The majority reverses and remands this case to the Chancery Court of Warren County , because it finds that the chancery court erred in finding no ambiguity in codicil 3 to the last will and testament of J.O. Smith Jr. I agree with the chancellor that codicil 3 is unambiguous. Therefore, I respectfully dissent.
