1 , Laboratory Corporation of America (Lab Corp) appeals a judgment of the trial court sustaining a “Peremptory Exception of No Right or Cause of Action” filed by Hospital Service District No. 1 of Iberia Parish d/b/a Iberia Medical Center (IMC), and dismissing Lab Corp’s claims against IMC with prejudice.
