Partners, Ltd., d/b/a Yantis Company appeal from the trial court's declaratory judgment in favor of Carowest Land, Ltd., that included a declaration that a contract between the City and Yantis was void and an award of attorney's fees, costs, and expenses against the City and Yantis jointly and severally.
