Massachusetts Appeals Court October 12, 2017, 16–P–1630 (Arlington Police Dep't v. Snyder)

While driving eastbound on Summer Street in Arlington, the defendant, William C. Snyder, hit a stopped car. A softball tournament was in process in the accident vicinity at the time, and the traffic was "heavily congested with pedestrians and cars." No persons were injured but the vehicle Snyder hit was heavily damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
