The defendant, Ulrich "Ric" Adam Steines ("Steines"), was convicted after a bench trial of one count of pornography involving juveniles, in violation of La. R.S. 14:81.1, and two counts of aggravated incest, in violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1. On *226count one, Steines was sentenced to 10 years at hard labor, without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.
