Samual Osuji (“appellant” or “Mr. Osu-ji”) appeals from the Bankruptcy Court’s ruling in which it permissibly abstained from the proceeding and held, in the alternative, that the Rooker-Feldman doctrine barred appellant’s .lawsuit.
