Defendant-appellant David Allen Vick-ers appeals a judgment of the district court dated April 5, 2016, convicting him, after a jury trial, of two counts of attempted and actual transportation of a minor in interstate and foreign commerce with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity with such minor. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 2423(a),(e).
