J3 Energy Group, Inc. (J3) and Stephen Russial (Russial) (collectively Appellants/Defendants) appeal from the judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County in favor of Christopher Gutteridge (Gutteridge) and Applied Energy Partners, LLC (AEP) (collectively Appellees/Plaintiffs), in the amount of $343,887.00. After careful review, we affirm.
