DISSENTING OPINION
JUSTICE MUNDY
I respectfully dissent from the Majority’s position that it is an appropriate exercise of a juvenile court’s discretion to terminate its delinquency supervision over a juvenile in order to circumvent an admission criterion of a treatment center.
