*94Gordon B., in propria persona, appeals from the trial court's denial of his request to renew an elder abuse restraining order against his neighbor, respondent Sergio Alberto Gomez (Gomez). Gordon B. contends the trial court erred by denying his request for lack of evidence that further significant abuse occurred since the original restraining order was issued.
