A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc., d/b/a King of Kash, ("A-1") appeals the circuit court's order denying A-1's application to compel arbitration and to stay proceedings on the claims brought by borrower Meeka Hunter ("Hunter"). See § 435.440, RSMo 2016 (permitting an appeal of an order denying an application to compel arbitration).
