Dominaque Thorpe ("Defendant") appeals his conviction for conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in violation of N.C.G.S. § 14-2.4. Defendant's Notice of Appeal did not comply with the requirements of Rule 4(a)(2) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure because it was given before the entry of judgment. See N.C.R. App. P. 4(a)(2) (2017).
