MCCLENDON, J.

A corporation seeks review of a judgment following a trial on the merits that dismissed its claims against an attorney. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

Covington Golf and Recreation Park, Inc. was incorporated in 2004 by Charles Gambino, Thomas E. Ketchum, Jr., and Betty Keating, for the purpose of opening a golf driving range.
