¶ 1. This is Robert Bryan Ogletree's first petition for reinstatement to the practice of law following his six-month suspension in 2015. Ogletree has met the jurisdictional requirements for reinstatement and has met his burden of proving that he has rehabilitated his conduct and moral character.
