Petitioner Rebecca Kay Beerling was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2003. In February 2010, petitioner voluntarily resigned from the practice *394of law in Minnesota. On January 26, 2018, petitioner filed a petition for reinstatement to the practice of law in Minnesota. See Rule 18(a), Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility (RLPR).
