PER CURIAM.

¶ 1 Donald Rick appeals a judgment convicting him of first-degree intentional homicide. He argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by denying his presentence motion for plea withdrawal. He also argues the court erred by denying that motion without first holding an evidentiary hearing.
