SUTTON, Circuit Judge.
Artistry, Ltd., a jewelry wholesaler, sells its products to retailers across the country. When Sterling Jewelers began marketing a line of jewelry under the name "Artistry Diamond Collection," Artistry, Ltd. accused Sterling of infringing its trademark.
