A & B Associates, L.P. (the "Debtor") filed this Chapter 11 single asset real estate case on February 3, 2017. (Dckt. 1). The Debtor, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, owns and operates a 96-unit apartment complex in Beaufort County, South Carolina, known as August on Southside (the "Property").
