A20A0717. MARCUS MAURICE RUTLEDGE v. THE STATE.

Marcus Maurice Rutledge pleaded guilty to murder. He later filed a motion for

an out-of-time appeal, which the trial court denied. He now seeks review in this

Court. We, however, lack jurisdiction.
