GREMILLION, Judge.

Defendant, Russell Wade Cole, pleaded guilty to a charge of racketeering, a violation of La.R.S. 15:1353. This plea was accompanied by a recommendation from the State that Defendant be sentenced to fifteen years; in exchange, Defendant agreed to testify truthfully against his co-defendants and otherwise cooperate with the State.
