Memorandum Opinion

Petitioner Eleanor de Leon seeks, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782(a), to have this court

issue four subpoenas—two to Northridge Capital, LLC (“Northridge”) and two to CohnReznick

LLP (“CohnReznick”). (ECF No.
