Rein Kolts, proceeding pro se, petitions the Court for a writ of habeas corpus under

28 U.S.C. § 2254. A Vermont jury convicted Kolts of one count of aggravated sexual assault of

a child in January 2017. (Doc. 5 at 2, ¶ 1.
