Leitsatz 1. Die Meldung als Arbeitsuchender bei der Agentur für Arbeit (§ 32 Abs. 4 Satz 1 Nr. 1 EStG) setzt im Grundsatz voraus, dass das Kind einen Anspruch auf die von der Agentur nach §§ 35, 36 SGB III geschuldete Vermittlungsleistung hat.
