Leitsatz NV: Zwar ist das FG zur Wahrung des Anspruchs auf rechtliches Gehör (§ 96 Abs. 2 FGO) grundsätzlich verpflichtet, einen Verhandlungstermin zu verlegen, wenn hierfür erhebliche Gründe i.S. des § 227 Abs. 1 Satz 1 der Zivilprozessordnung i.V.m. § 155 Satz 1 FGO vorliegen.
