Leitsatz 1. NV: Die Auslegung von Willenserklärungen ist objektiv willkürlich, wenn das Gericht anerkannte Auslegungsgrundsätze in einem Maße außer Acht lässt, dass seine Entscheidung nicht mehr nachvollziehbar ist. 2. NV: Die Auslegung eines Vertrags darf nicht widersprüchlich sein; sie darf sich auch nicht auf widersprüchliche Annahmen stützen.
