Leitsatz Die Mitbestimmung bei technischer Überwachung, bei Hebung der Arbeitsleistung und bei Änderung der Arbeitsmethode im Rahmen der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik (§ 85 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 13 Buchst. b sowie Abs. 2 Nr. 2 und 9 BlnPersVG <juris: PersVG BE 2004>) wird durch die Mitwirkung nach § 90 Nr. 3 BlnPersVG nicht verdrängt.
