Leitsatz 1. Das gerichtliche Disziplinarverfahren ist nach § 108 Abs. 3 Satz 1 WDO (juris: WDO 2002) einzustellen, wenn gerichtliche Disziplinarmaßnahmen nach § 58 Abs. 2 und 3 WDO oder als Folge des Verschlechterungsverbotes nach § 123 Satz 3, § 91 Abs. 1 Satz 1 WDO i.V.m. § 331 Abs. 1 StPO unzulässig (geworden) sind. 2.
